1、 Improve awareness and do a good job in banning new capacity

The high-end casting construction projects newly built or upgraded in key areas must be replaced by equal quantity or reduction strictly, and the capacity replacement plan shall be submitted to the local provincial industrial and information competent departments. The provincial industrial and information departments shall, after consultation with the provincial competent departments for development and reform and ecological environment, review and publicize and announce them. We should encourage the construction of Green Foundry Industrial Park in key areas with conditions to reduce emissions, and guide the casting capacity to transfer to non key areas with strong environmental bearing capacity.

3、 Carefully and strictly review the capacity replacement plan
